Carrie is a visual artist who draws and paints from her studio in Woodstock, NY. Her works have been exhibited in Woodstock and Huntington, NY, and are held in private collections nationwide.

Carrie’s more recent abstract explorations mark a departure from her representational figurative work toward a looser, more emotional, intuitive process. Her real and imagined landscapes explore the relief in breathing freely, physically and creatively. Her process is loose, emotional, and intuitive; she layers and removes paint and graphite until each piece feels finished, capturing the feeling of open spaces and the pull of the outdoors.
